POSITION:

• HVAC Controls Technician

LOCATION:

• Atlanta, GA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience as an HVAC Controls Technician or similar position.
• Well versed in installations, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC control systems and equipment.
• Ability to create and rewrite controls programs.
• Responsible for startup and commissioning of systems.
• Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs.
• Responsible for testing equipment onsite or remotely. 
• Perform any preventative maintenance, replacements, or modifications as needed.
• Ensure that software and security updates are met for the client.
• Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as owners.
