This firm is currently expanding its traffic division and is seeking talented engineers across all experience levels to join their growing team.

POSITION:

• Traffic Engineer

LOCATION:

• Chicopee, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Engineer or in a similar role within a civil engineering firm.
• Must have PE or EIT Licensure
• Expertise in designing and managing traffic systems, including signal design, traffic flow optimization, and roadway safety improvements.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Synchro, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in project coordination, including collaboration with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct traffic impact studies, analyze traffic data, and develop solutions to enhance road safety and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (Depending on Level)
